RELEASE250 CR (Credits)Reported active by source; not tested in game by Toon Tone

Source: Destructoid’s Backseat Rally codes guide, dated October 21, 2026, lists RELEASE for 250 CR. Checking this article does not confirm a successful redemption today.

How to redeem a code

  • Open Backseat Rally on Roblox and reach the main menu. Complete any tutorial prompts if the menu is not yet available.
  • Choose Settings, then select the Game tab.
  • Enter RELEASE in the code field exactly as shown, without spaces before or after it.
  • Press Redeem and read the response. Check your CR balance to confirm whether a reward was added.

If redemption fails, check spelling and whitespace first. A code may already have been claimed on your account or may have expired. After a game update, rejoining a fresh server may help with an outdated session, but does not make an expired code valid. Use the current in-game response as the final check.

New promotions may be announced through the developer links on the official Roblox page. Follow those links rather than assuming an unofficial codes list is a developer announcement.

What is CR, and how do you earn it?

CR means Credits, the in-game currency. Published guides describe earning it by finishing rally stages and taking part in races, and spending it on garage customisation and shop items. A reported code is another possible source of Credits when redemption succeeds.

Start by completing stages consistently and checking the reward screen after each run. Read the current Shop and My Garage descriptions before spending: item costs, eligibility and unlock requirements can change. Do not assume Credits alone unlock every vehicle. This guide does not promise a fixed payout, a fastest farming route or a particular upgrade price.

For the reported earning routes, see AllThingsHow’s CR guide. Treat the current game’s reward screen as authoritative for your run.

Driving and co-driving basics

Backseat Rally is a Roblox rally game by No crash plez. Its official description puts the driver on the co-driver’s calls: your friend sees what is coming while you control the car. Clear instructions and listening are central to the experience.

  • As the driver, check the game’s current control settings before starting. Learn acceleration, braking and steering, then practise responding to calls before chasing a quick time.
  • As the co-driver, communicate upcoming turns clearly and early. Agree with your partner on how you will describe direction and severity so calls are easy to follow.
  • If playing alone, use the AI co-driver option. The official description says a friend’s avatar can ride beside you as the AI navigator.

Use the current in-game settings for your device’s key bindings and input options. A keyboard shortcut shown in an older video may differ from your setup. First learn to complete a route, then work on speed as the instructions become familiar.

Stages, medals and races

The official Roblox description advertises seven cars and five stages, with forests, snowy passes and cherry-blossom roads, plus rain, mud and snow. Those are the features listed when this guide’s sources were checked, rather than a promise that the roster will stay the same.

You can chase medals or race other players head-to-head. Medal attempts give you a time target to work toward; multiplayer adds competition with other crews. Read the stage panel for the current target and the available play options for entry requirements. We do not reproduce unverified medal times or contract rewards.

Backseat Rally questions

Is RELEASE guaranteed to work?

No. It is a source-reported code for 250 CR, not a redemption tested by this site. Check the date above and try it in the game; the redemption message determines whether it works for your account.

Can I play without a friend?

Yes. The official description includes a solo AI co-driver, using a friend’s avatar as the passenger. Check the current play menu to select your available solo option.

Is this the hitchhiking charity event?

No. A separate Backseat Rally hitchhiking project has organised charity activities. An organiser’s past recruitment post describes fundraising and a Sicily event. That historical post does not establish a current annual schedule. This guide covers the Roblox game.
